Summary Terms of Service

The Free Home Estimate Request is not a guarantee of flooring installation services.
Estimates are subject to: (i) your location and availability, and (ii) the availability of the fitter on the day.
We require at least 72 hours notice in order to schedule your free estimate (not including bank holidays and weekends).
Marks Carpet Shop Ltd reserves the right not to offer a free estimate service, and does not have to give a reason.
Your free estimate booking may change at short notice, is offered at the company's sole discretion, and Marks Carpet Shop Ltd cannot accept any liability whatsoever for cancellations or late arrival due to circumstances beyond its control.
Someone over the age of 16 must be present during the free home estimate service.
